What is the standard turnaround time?

This can vary with shoot requirements, but we aim for everything to be delivered within two weeks. Should you require images very soon after a shoot, ask us about our rush editing options.

Do you provide the unedited RAW images?

We believe the editing process is where a lot of the magic comes from, so unfortuantely we do not provide RAW images.

Do you retouch images?

We do. Retouching is completed in line with the requirements and complexity of the shoot, as well as the subject matter. All of our retouching is done in-house.

How are the photos delivered?

Photos are delivered via an online gallery, where you can view, share and download deliverables.
